About The Position

Join our team as a Host aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help support front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional service and memorable moments on the water. The Host welcomes guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, supports the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team with daily cruise operations, and assists with deck setup, package placement, table assignments, and service preparation. The role involves greeting and seating guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience, assisting Servers and Server Assistants during service, and providing guests with information about menus, packages, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest. Responsibilities also include assisting with post-cruise cleanup, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and helping to ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the cruise. This is a unique waterfront setting where every cruise brings new guests, celebrations, and memorable moments. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
