Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and ensure dishes, glassware, and kitchen items are cleaned, organized, and stored properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe galley by sanitizing surfaces, cleaning equipment, and supporting daily operations.
• Restock food, utensils, and supplies throughout service areas.
• Receive, store, and rotate provisions following proper food safety standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and support the team wherever needed.
