About The Position

Join our team as a Host aboard our scenic passenger vessel and help support front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional service and memorable moments on the water. You will welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, support the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team with daily cruise operations, and assist with deck setup, package placement, table assignments, and service preparation. You will greet and seat guests to ensure a smooth arrival experience, assist Servers and Server Assistants during service, and provide guests with information about menus, packages, entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest. Additionally, you will assist with post-cruise cleanup, maintain clean, organized service areas, and help ensure guest safety and satisfaction throughout the cruise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting and moving furniture or supplies.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
