About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role focuses on greeting Guests, managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and assist fellow Team Members as needed. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
