About The Position

Milk & Honey, a New Orleans-themed Southern brunch destination, is seeking a Host to welcome guests and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. The Host is the face of the establishment, setting a welcoming tone through genuine hospitality while managing seating arrangements and coordinating with waitstaff. The role also involves answering guest questions, handling calls and reservations, and providing information about the menu and specials. Hosts are expected to help each guest feel valued and receive personalized attention.

Requirements

Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 6–8 hours.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, such as menus, high chairs, and booster seats.
Ability to reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
Ability to use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.

Nice To Haves

Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment is preferred.
