About The Position

Milk & Honey, a New Orleans-themed Southern brunch destination, is seeking a Bartender to craft visually striking cocktails and provide guests with an exceptional dining experience. The role calls for creativity, strong mixology skills, engaging hospitality, and detailed presentation. The bartender will serve as a beverage ambassador, share knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, and keep up with trends and techniques to develop signature drinks.

The position requires at least six months of experience, the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays. Physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, handling glassware, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 30–40 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
• Certified in, or able to become certified in, responsible alcohol service as required by state or local law.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30–40 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to pour, mix, garnish, and handle glassware safely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Tolerance for noise, crowded spaces, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and respond quickly to customer needs.
