About The Position

Milk & Honey, part of Thompson Restaurants, is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead the restaurant and represent the brand. The General Manager owns day-to-day operations, including sales and profitability, team development, operational standards, and the experience of guests and team members. The role requires a visible, engaged leader who works on the floor and is accountable for an outstanding experience each shift. The position requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

• Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, noise, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to operate standard restaurant equipment safely.
• Quick response to operational needs and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house activities.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
• Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
