About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service that reflects Chili’s. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, manages the wait list, directs telephone calls, and supports the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and may need to remain standing for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work standing for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
