About The Position
Food Runners at Chili’s create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for food, beverages, and people. The role is suited to an enthusiastic person who believes great food should be accompanied by great hospitality, and who uses a fun personality to connect with Guests and coworkers. Chili’s primarily hires food runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles. Chili’s is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Its service-focused culture emphasizes hospitality and giving back, with the goal of delivering a great experience to every Guest every day. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
