About The Position

The Host welcomes every Guest to Chili’s and helps create a warm, hospitable, and welcoming restaurant experience. The role includes managing the wait list, answering and directing phone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and helping fellow Team Members. Hosts contribute to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
