About The Position

The Host position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, greeting guests in a timely manner, providing guests with menus, assigning guests to tables, ensuring dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up, receiving and recording guest reservations, and speaking to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
• Frequent walking.
• Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
