The Host ensures all restaurant guests are greeted, made to feel welcome and seated in a friendly and courteous manner. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service by greeting patrons, managing waitlists, assigning guests to server stations, and controlling the guest volume at the restaurant entrance. The Host also attends to guests' needs while waiting, answers inquiries about the menu and restaurant, answers phones, books reservations, performs opening and closing duties, assists with table setup, acknowledges guests upon departure, and maintains restrooms.
