About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service that reflects Chili’s. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, manages the wait list, answers and directs telephone calls, communicates Guest concerns to a Manager when appropriate, and supports fellow Team Members. Hosts contribute to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. No experience is necessary. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
