About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience by providing hospitality and service that reflects Chili’s. The role welcomes Guests, helps them feel special, and contributes to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and assist fellow Team Members as needed. The position requires working on your feet for long periods and safely lifting and maneuvering food trays when necessary. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
