Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for excellent customer service.
Ability to manage the waitlist, coordinate seating, and maintain an organized waiting area.
Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members.
Maintain a professional appearance, demeaner, and attitude.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges.
Quick thinking to address guest concerns effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High Character, good attitude, and a positive team-orientated mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a smooth flow of seating.
Effectively coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to accommodate special requests.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
Understand the menu to assist guests with questions.
Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff for a seamless dining experience.
Delivering dishes to the correct table or seat while providing a detailed explanation of each dish.
