About The Position

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a full-time Host/Hostess to help maintain the flow of its restaurant and support the efficient work of the serving and back-of-house teams. The role manages the dining-room entrance, welcomes residents, answers telephone calls and follows up on requests, maintains front-of-house and kitchen sanitation, and assists with training wait staff.

The position is based at Wind Crest, an 84-acre continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The offered pay is $17.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and pay is issued biweekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, unless currently an active student.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Ability to safely lift or move up to 25 pounds with designated equipment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work all shifts and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a kitchen or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dining front entrance and greet and welcome residents arriving at the restaurant.
• Answer telephones professionally and follow up on requests.
• Maintain front-of-house and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist in training the wait staff.
