About The Position
Fishing with Dynamite is seeking a skilled, passionate, experienced, and motivated Hostess/Maitre'D. The role supports a chef-driven restaurant focused on soulful food, engaging service, handcrafted cocktails, and boutique wine selections. The position requires a guest-first approach, strong hospitality and relationship-building skills, and the ability to stay gracious and welcoming in a busy restaurant. A flexible schedule is preferred, with lunch and dinner hours required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hosting experience in an upscale casual atmosphere.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Quick thinking and grace under pressure.
- Humility, integrity, and respect.
- Passion for hospitality and relationship building.
- Ability to maintain a welcoming demeanor during busy periods.
