About The Position

The Host Person is responsible for managing the serving floor space, assisting with daily operations, and preparing the restaurant for reservations. This role involves greeting guests, answering questions, problem-solving, and analyzing guest complimentary based on marketing information. The position requires organizing daily seating charts and ensuring wait staff adhere to opening and closing procedures. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize serving floor space by seating guests at appropriate tables.
  • Assist Matre’d with weekly plannings and everyday operations.
  • Assign and verify all opening and closing procedures for wait staff.
  • Greets guests, answers questions and must be able to assist with problems.
  • Analyze and issue guest complimentary based on marketing information.
  • Organize daily seating chart.
  • Prepares the restaurant for daily reservations.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
