About The Position

Acts is seeking a Host / Hostess to help residents and guests have a positive dining experience. The role includes welcoming and seating diners, providing menus, and answering initial questions. The host also answers phone calls, coordinates call-ahead seating, manages walk-ins using reservation software, and processes charges or meal credits through a point-of-sale (POS) system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities
