About The Position

TPI Hospitality is hiring a Host/Hostess for Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Fairmont, Minnesota. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests, seating them, managing reservations and waitlists, and helping maintain an efficient dining experience. Hosts/Hostesses also answer and direct phone calls and assist with cleaning and restocking as needed. The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is 2–3 shifts per week, with shifts running from 4:00 or 5:00 PM to 8:30 or 9:30 PM, Monday through Sunday. Weekend availability is required. Pay is $12 per hour plus tips.
