Red Robin Kamloops is hiring Hosts/Hostesses for full-time and part-time roles. If you’re friendly, organized, and like being in the middle of the action, this is a great place to start and grow.
Requirements
- You’re friendly, confident, and enjoy talking to people
- You stay organized and don’t get overwhelmed when it gets busy
- You show up on time and take responsibility seriously
- You bring positive energy and work well with a team
- No experience needed—we’ll train you
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and set the tone from the moment they walk in
- Manage waitlists, seating, and table flow
- Communicate with servers and kitchen to keep things running smooth
- Stay organized and calm during busy rushes
- Keep the front of house clean, welcoming, and on point
Benefits
- $17.85/hour base pay
- $4–$5/hour average tip-outs (total: ~$21–$23/hr)
