About The Position

Ramblewood Country Club is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service between the front and back of house. Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer or reservation system skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly attitude
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus & silverware rollups
• Maintain an accurate seating chart to optimize table turnover and service flow
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
• Keep the host stand and entrance area clean, organized and presentable
• Assist with coordinating large parties and special requests
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
