The Host/Hostess is responsible for delivery of customer service to ensure our guests have an extraordinary experience.

- Delivery of customer service to ensure guests have an extraordinary experience.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Create a welcoming environment by clearing tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and stocking.
- Takes and serves to-go orders as needed.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
- Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
- Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
