About The Position

The Brew Brothers Steward is responsible for washing and stocking smallware, and tableware for the outlets, along with cleaning the kitchens and kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to move heavy supplies and equipment.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchens and culinary areas.
• Proficiency in ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, and cleaning food service equipment.
• Skill in the simple operation of basic equipment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and complete work timely.
• Willingness to take initiative and show ownership.
• Commitment to going above and beyond to assist guests.
• Openness to receiving feedback and coaching from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Moving heavy supplies and equipment as directed.
• Ensuring the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchens, culinary areas, and food set up and prep areas.
• Performing duties such as ware-washing, mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, cleaning walls, cleaning food service equipment, and simple operation of basic equipment.
• Planning, organizing, and completing work in a timely manner.
• Taking initiative, showing ownership, and going above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
• Accepting feedback and coaching from supervisors.
