Join us at Lakepoint as a Host/Hostess and help create the first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. Our hosts do much more than greet guests — they help keep the entire restaurant flowing smoothly while creating a welcoming and organized experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements based on table availability
- Check voicemails and input reservations accurately
- Coordinate seating for parties of all sizes and manage wait times when needed
- Place accurate to-go orders and cash guests out efficiently
- Assist with planning and preparing for holidays and special events
- Keep the host stand and surrounding areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Help with opening and closing duties each shift
- Work independently or alongside another host during busy shifts
