About The Position

Howell's Kitchen & Bar is seeking Hosts and Hostesses to join our Front of House team. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. We're a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving shareable snacks, artisan pizzas and salads, and tavern classics. Guests gather on our world-famous patio to enjoy craft cocktails, great food, and memorable experiences with friends, family, and neighbors. As a Host, you will be the first and last impression of our restaurant. Your hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail help create an outstanding guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

• Previous host, customer service, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Manage wait lists and seating assignments
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Coordinate table flow with managers and service staff
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand
• Assist with guest requests and support the Front of House team
• Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
