About The Position

Hearth Pizza Tavern is seeking friendly, outgoing, and dependable Hosts and Hostesses to join their Front of House team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming experience for guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoy interacting with guests, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. The position offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and ongoing training within a strong restaurant group.

Nice To Haves

• Previous host, hostess, customer service, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Evening/PM availability preferred
• Weekend availability strongly preferred
• Holiday availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Manage wait lists and seating assignments
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions
• Coordinate table flow with managers and service staff
• Assist with takeout orders and guest requests as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand area
• Help create a positive guest experience from arrival to departure
• Support the Front of House team during busy shifts
