The Clevelander, a legendary venue on Miami Beach, is seeking energetic Hosts/Hostesses to create unforgettable guest experiences. This role is crucial for setting the tone, as you will be the first impression for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, seating tables, enticing walk-ups, and ensuring every guest feels the "Miami magic." You will be the face of The Clevelander, setting the energy, answering questions confidently, showcasing offerings and the menu in a fun and engaging way, and engaging with the crowd. Speed, organization, personality, and authentic hospitality are essential for this role, making you the MVP who starts every guest's journey on the right note. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments, and loves keeping the Miami spirit alive in every interaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking skills
• Positive energy
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Previous modeling experience preferred but not required
