Requirements

• Three to six months of experience in customer service or related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in full-service restaurants or the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls with professionalism, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations with precision.
• Greet members and guests warmly, ensure they feel valued, and seat them promptly in a polished and courteous manner.
• Monitor dining sections for availability, manage wait times, and oversee the waiting list to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Rearrange tables to accommodate large parties, support special events, and work collaboratively to exceed member expectations.
• Perform clean-up and closing duties, maintain a professional appearance, and comply with uniform and dress codes.
• Attend pre-serve meetings, training sessions, and staff discussions to stay aligned with club standards and service goals.
