About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a customer-focused Host for the JetBlue Lodge, a 200-room full-service property located on the Orlando International Airport campus. The Lodge includes a café-style eatery, bar and lounge, grab-and-go option, meeting space, and outdoor recreational facilities. It serves JetBlue trainees, crew members, vendors, partners, and executives, with a focus on providing four-star lodging and service and extending the culture of the neighboring JetBlue Training Center. The Host helps create a successful restaurant operation by welcoming guests, setting the tone for their visit, and supporting the service team in delivering memorable hospitality. Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
- Monitor open dining sections for empty and cleaned tables.
- Estimate guest wait times and monitor the waiting list.
- Ensure guests’ needs are met while they wait.
- Answer the telephone and book reservations.
- Move tables together to accommodate large parties.
