The Host/Greeter is responsible for assisting managers in opening and closing procedures, answering phone calls, seating guests, and managing the flow of guests at the restaurant entrance. This role requires knowledge of the hotel property, buffets, menus, and daily specials. The Host/Greeter will attend to and anticipate guest needs, introduce servers to guests, and assign guest checks.
