About The Position
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Host/Hostess/Greeter to welcome guests and help facilitate an unforgettable dining experience. The position involves greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, seating them at appropriate tables, maintaining the front lobby, managing competing demands, bidding farewell to guests, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The role requires the ability to transport objects weighing up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday availability is required. The pay range starts at $18.00 and goes up to $22.50 per hour, depending on relevant work experience. Benefits vary by employment status. Full-time hourly Team Members may receive medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first of the month following 60 days of employment, plus company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where allowed. Part-time Team Members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with coverage potentially starting the first of the month following hire. Voluntary benefits are also available, with offerings that vary by employment status.

Responsibilities
