About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Host/Hostess/Greeter to welcome guests and facilitate a friendly, professional dining experience. The role includes seating guests at appropriate tables, organizing, stocking, and cleaning the front lobby during the shift, managing competing demands, bidding farewell to guests, and completing beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, transporting objects up to 25 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest and facilitate the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seat each guest at the appropriate tables.
• Organize, stock, and clean the front lobby during the shift.
• Manage competing demands.
• Bid farewell to each guest.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
