About The Position
Fogo de Chão is hiring a Host/Hostess/Greeter to welcome guests and help facilitate an unforgettable dining experience. The role includes greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, seating them at appropriate tables, and maintaining the front lobby throughout the shift. Hosts also manage competing demands, bid farewell to guests, and complete beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, and transporting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday work is required. The pay range is $18.00 to $22.50, depending on relevant work experience. Full-time hourly Team Members may receive medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, as well as company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where allowed. A voluntary benefits package includes critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life insurance, and pet insurance. Part-time Team Members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage health plan, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with coverage available as early as the first of the month after hire. They may also enroll in voluntary pet insurance, legal, and ID protection benefits.
