About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Host / Hostess / Greeter to welcome guests and support their dining experience. The role includes greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, seating them at appropriate tables, maintaining the front lobby, managing competing demands, and bidding farewell to guests. Hosts also complete beginning- or closing-shift duties. The position requires standing for long periods, working at a quick pace, and transporting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest and facilitate the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seat each guest at the appropriate tables.
• Organize, stock, and clean the front lobby during the shift.
• Manage competing demands.
• Bid farewell to each guest.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
