Coordinate the efficient flow of business through the dining room and surrounding areas; be conscious of flow for servers and kitchen alike. Assists in coordinating efficient clearing and re-setting of the dining areas. This includes continual rotation of job duties that include but are not limited to: Host, bussing, guest service, food expediting, food handling, food runner, bar backing, sanitation and cleanliness standards, snow removal, stocking, dining room side work, trash removal, dishwashing, etc. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. and occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. If bar backing must be able to assist with the lifting of kegs for up to 150 lbs. Ability to be on one’s feet for excessive time periods of up to 6 hours. Functions as an ambassador of Copper Mountain, modeling and sharing the Copper “culture” with our guests and employees. Upholds the most professional image. Continually strives to exceed our guest’s expectations and create memories for our guests and staff. This position is a seasonal position and may have fluctuations in hours worked based upon overall business volumes.
