About The Position

The Busser supports the Sky House dining team by maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared, and assisting with guest needs. This role contributes to a positive guest experience by promptly cleaning spills, restocking supplies, and helping with side work. Must be available weekends. The typical shift is 10:00am-4pm. Some weekends may have an earlier start time.

Requirements

• English reading, writing and communication.
• Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Will lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Skiing or snowboarding at an intermediate level is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quickly remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware, then clean and reset tables for the next guests in both Nest & Red Hawk café dining areas.
• Clean up water spills, food stains and debris from tables
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest needs promptly.
• Assist cashiers with side work.
• Keep dining areas, floors, and service stations clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Ensure that items like napkins, utensils, and glassware are replenished regularly to support smooth service.
• Take out trash and recycle.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back – of house staff and contribute to a positive, efficient dining experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in giving directions and answering questions.
• Help Host/Hostess
• May Assist Cashier and will be responsible for counting inventory, ringing up items in POS and make correct change.
• Other duties as assigned
