About The Position
The Hospitality Services Coordinator is responsible for creating an amazing atmosphere for the residents of Whispering Heights. The Hospitality Services Coordinator will provide a 5 star experience by creating an environment of service and joy all while enhancing the homelike feel of the facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality.
- Genuine heart of patience and service for the elderly.
- Ability to work independently or as a strong team member.
- Completion of safety and sanitation course and modified diets course.
- Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory by December 1, unless a medical waiver is signed and approved.
- Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.
