Responsibilities

  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and clean conference rooms following meetings
  • Greet catering vendors and assist with setting up conf. rooms for breakfast or luncheon meetings
  • Ensure the coffee areas and employee lounge are set up with daily supplies and supplies stocked in an organized manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee areas throughout the day
  • Inventory, order and stock supplies for conference rooms, coffee areas and the employee lounge
  • Assist with setting up for firm Receptions and with the following clean-up
  • Maintain positive relations with caterers and supplies vendors
  • Assist with Reception relief as needed
  • Assist with Office Services support as needed
