We are looking for a Hospitality Partnerships & Business Development Lead to help our Growth team drive strategic partnership development within the luxury and independent hospitality sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value new business opportunities within the luxury and independent hospitality sector. You'll build relationships with ownership groups, property management companies, and emerging experiential travel brands, converting those relationships into long-term clients. This is an outbound sales role, and success means building a strong pipeline and hitting your number. It’s critical that you have strong relationship-building skills, deep strategic thinking, experience managing complex sales cycles, and a systems-oriented approach to sales operations.
