About The Position

The Hospitality Operations Crew Member plays a behind-the-scenes role in daily operations and special events. The position supports bar and kitchen operations through receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies, and supports events through setup, breakdown, furniture moves, and venue reconfigurations. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
Comfort working on feet for extended periods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work independently.
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers and outdoor events.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize bar and kitchen deliveries; verify quantities and report discrepancies.
Maintain clean, organized storage areas, including dry storage, walk-ins, and bar inventory; rotate stock using FIFO standards.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, kitchen supplies, and event materials as needed.
Change kegs and CO₂ tanks and remove trash, recycling, and packaging throughout shifts.
Support bartenders and chefs with timely replenishment during service.
Set up and break down tables, chairs, bars, staging, décor, and equipment for events.
Execute room flips and venue layout changes; safely move and store furniture, fixtures, equipment, and event inventory.
Assist with seasonal décor installations or large-scale resets.
Maintain furniture, fixtures, and event inventory.
Ensure event spaces meet cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
