About The Position

We are looking for a high-capacity Closing Front of House Hospitality Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A in Roseville, Michigan. This is a hands-on operational leadership role designed for someone who can confidently lead evening operations, create an excellent guest experience, and ensure the restaurant closes with excellence every day. This opportunity is ideal for a proven hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads people well, and knows how to create a clean, organized, guest-focused closing shift. We are looking for someone who can strengthen Front of House execution, develop team members, and bring consistency, accountability, and care to the evening daypart. You will work directly with restaurant leadership, lead from the front, and receive world-class support and development through Chick-fil-A.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work closing shifts from 3:00 PM–11:30 PM daily
  • Previous Front of House, hospitality, shift lead, or management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently follow through on closing responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Leading Front of House closing operations with excellence in hospitality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and team execution
  • Creating a remarkable guest experience during evening and late-night business hours
  • Coaching and developing team members to confidently execute high-performing hospitality shifts
  • Managing and influencing the Front of House team by setting clear expectations, creating accountability, and building a culture of ownership
  • Maintaining excellence across Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Mobile Orders, Dining Room, and guest recovery
  • Ensuring closing procedures are completed thoroughly, consistently, and with strong attention to detail
  • Partnering with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution throughout the shift
  • Supporting strong labor stewardship, productivity, and operational flow during evening hours
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Helping build a positive closing culture where team members feel supported, challenged, and proud of their work
