About The Position
The Craig Stoller Collection is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee guest experiences across Sextant Wines (Paso Robles and Edna Valley), Paris Valley Road Estate Winery, and Windemere. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives on creating memorable experiences, developing high-performing teams, and elevating hospitality standards across multiple locations. Reporting to the Executive Management Team, the Hospitality Manager will lead all Tasting Room Managers, oversee hospitality programming and events, and play a key role in driving guest engagement, wine sales, and wine club growth throughout the collection.
Requirements
- Five or more years of hospitality, winery, food and beverage, or customer experience leadership.
- Experience leading teams in a multi-location or high-volume environment.
- Proven success driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and sales results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for wine, food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Occasional travel between locations and industry events.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- RBS Certification (required upon hire).
- California Food Protection Manager Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
- WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent wine education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Tasting Room Managers across all locations.
- Elevate guest experiences through exceptional hospitality standards and service execution.
- Oversee winery events, wine club experiences, and hospitality programming.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Culinary teams to create memorable consumer experiences.
- Coach teams to achieve guest satisfaction, wine sales, and wine club membership goals.
- Monitor hospitality performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll review, and labor utilization.
- Oversee hospitality operating budgets and department resources.
- Build relationships within the local hospitality and tourism community.
- Ensure facilities maintain the highest standards of presentation, safety, and compliance.
