About The Position

Landing is seeking a Hospitality Manager for its fast-growing Memphis market. This role involves owning a segment of properties, overseeing member experience, managing property and vendor relationships, ensuring unit quality, and handling reservations from direct and OTA channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality, and will thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where they can build systems and make decisions with incomplete information while prioritizing customer experience.

Requirements

• Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience running a market, property, or operation with significant autonomy.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to triage under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage company environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings and platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Oversee member experience from booking through checkout, handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations.
• Manage relationships with property and housekeeping partners.
• Track and report on market Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
• Coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams.
• Onboard, install, and launch new properties within the market segment.
