This role involves managing member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. The manager will oversee reservations from Landing’s platform and OTA partners, resolve member issues across multiple channels, and report on property performance. The position requires living onsite, allowing for quick responses to issues and building relationships with guests and partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, make decisions with incomplete information while prioritizing customer experience, and build systems as they use them. Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality is expected.
