About The Position

Landing is seeking a Hospitality Manager to join their growing team in New Jersey. This role involves owning a segment of properties, managing member experience, property and vendor relationships, and unit quality. The manager will oversee reservations from direct and OTA channels, build partner relationships, resolve member issues, and report on market performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment where they can build systems. This is a unique opportunity to own a market segment in a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

• Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience running a market, property, or operation with significant autonomy.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to triage effectively under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage company environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings and platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Oversee member experience from booking through checkout, handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations.
• Manage relationships with property and housekeeping partners.
• Track and report on market Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
• Coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams.
• Onboard, install, and launch new properties within the assigned market segment.
