Onsite Hospitality Manager
About The Position
Landing is seeking a motivated Hospitality Manager to oversee a portfolio of at least 30 units at one of their properties in the Nashville, TN market. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, unit quality, and managing reservations from Landing's platform and OTA partners. You will resolve member issues across multiple channels, report on property performance, and build in-person relationships with guests and property partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes decisions with incomplete information while prioritizing customer experience, and can build systems while using them. Experience in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality is essential.
Requirements
- Requires living and working on-site at the property.
- Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality.
- Experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Ability to triage under pressure.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservation management across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings and platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Oversee member experience from booking through checkout, including handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations.
- Manage property and housekeeping partner relationships.
- Achieve market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
- Coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams.
- Manage onboarding, installation, deinstallation, and launching of units at the property.
