About The Position

Landing is seeking a Hospitality Manager to oversee a segment of their properties in the rapidly growing Raleigh market. This role involves managing member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality. The manager will oversee reservations from Landing’s platform and OTA partners, build relationships with property partners, resolve member issues across multiple channels, and report on market performance to the Hub Manager. This position is ideal for someone with experience in hotel operations, short-term rental portfolios, or high-volume hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can make decisions with incomplete information while prioritizing customer experience and building systems.

Requirements

• Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience running a market, property, or operation with significant autonomy.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to triage under pressure.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage company environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings and platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Oversee member experience from booking through checkout, handling tickets, inquiries, and escalations.
• Manage relationships with property and housekeeping partners.
• Track and report on market Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
• Coordinate reservations and escalate maintenance issues with property management teams.
• Onboard, install, and launch new properties within the market segment.
