About The Position

The Hospitality Host is responsible for managing all aspects of the guest journey while on property, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience from arrival through departure. This role partners seamlessly with Account Executives, Sales Executives, and Flight Sales Executives to coordinate pre- and post-trip planning. Hospitality Hosts are dedicated to delighting guests by exceeding expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and authentic service. This role focuses on building strong guest relationships, fostering loyalty, and delivering memorable experiences for guests not assigned to Executive Casino Hosts.
