About The Position

Join Legacy Hospitality as a Host Hostess and become the first impression of a high energy team dedicated to exceptional service. In this role you will welcome guests, manage seating and create a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. If you enjoy connecting with people and thrive in a fast paced environment this is your opportunity. You will be working the mornings assisting our Marriott members in the M-club.

Requirements

• Reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
• Friendly approachable and professional
• Organized with attention to detail
• Positive respectful and team oriented
• Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire if required by location
• Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Occasionally lift and carry items such as menus or supplies
• Perform repetitive motions including standing reaching and light lifting
• Work in a fast paced high traffic environment
• Maintain energy and focus during busy service periods

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations waitlists and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Assist in creating a positive and respectful dining environment
• Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive service
